    Supervisors, staff, and co-workers are all very friendly, understanding, patient, and organized.

    Cons

    We don't always have the answers or resources that library patrons request. It can be frustrating when people get upset that you are not able to help them.

    Better signage for patrons and more thorough instruction/training for employees
