    -Lots of opportunities to learn on a university campus (education credits included in benefits package)
    -Committed to students

    -Lack of transparency from upper administration
    -Lots of red tape/bureaucracy
    -Very political
    -Low pay for the work you're asked to do

    Advice to Management

    Make employee retention a priority, perhaps by paying them better. The turnover in entry to mid-level staff is higher than normal. Experience varies by department/office.
