      Great Company!

      Pros

Amazing staff and great culture! I have received a great pay bump after one year with the company (celebrated my one year 3 months ago). Fast-paced environment with room to grow! I am excited to have this opportunity! Weekends off along with major holidays. Pay is really reasonable (Some people in the comments think what they search online is what they will receive as salary with no experience) Fun company outings and cool environments!

      Cons

Nothing really. I would say reading some of these comments might stray some people but to be honest some of these people were let go because they could not perform their job responsibilities or are just hateful people in general. (Imagine hating your work sooo much and staying only to be let go bc you trash other people who don't think like you and showing up on Glassdoor upset about the outcome) Also, imagine thinking a company is supposed to be a communist utopia and you can come in for 2 months and dictate how it should be running... seems a bit deranged. If you went to college expecting this you need your money back!

      Pros

Benefits are pretty good. Made some good friends

      Cons

Being understaffed like constantly. People call out everyday. I work in a childcare facility for Vanderbilt University, and it is hard due to being overworked and overused and not being commpensated appropriately and how they handle exposures in the building due to Covid-19 is ...ridiculous
