Literally just a call center. Constantly understaffed. Asked to be on the phone lines for about ten different departments. Metrics all closely tracked. They control your time down to the minute. literally the minute, I now know it takes about four and half minutes to use the bathroom and grab a water. I hate waking up and coming to work everyday.

Management by numbers that are don't necessarily make sense for the client. Highly focused on metrics for promotions without any concern for the qualitative relationship and communication skills necessary to retain and provide the best client experience.
