    Pros

Benefits and salaries are fair for the industry for property managers. The support structure at the home office is outstanding, including the secretaries, accounting staff, maintenance support and the Vice Presidents are always available to help. The option of a home office is outstanding and truly the best way for a property manager who is dedicated to stay efficient.

    Cons

The role of a property manager is difficult due to the politics of homeowners and association board members.

    Advice to Management

A bonus program for more effective managers for recognition would be great. If a manager wants to feel good about the work they have to be self motivated, not a lot of recognition.
