RecommendsPositive OutlookI worked at Vantage Marketing full-time for less than a year
Pros
The camaraderie is amazing. They are great people and very optimistic. Some people can make 20k their first year, and if youre good make six figures in four months.
Cons
If you suck at selling you won't do well. Some introverts can and did sell well. But if you can't be pushy or get past three or five nos coming from people then you won't do well. Selling pest control is great though if you're in your early twenties since you could do it for a few summers and get better.

Pros
Good company who works to help you grow if you choose to do so. Small and Large market options. YOU can manage and it be a short term thing or longer term in managing teams, or getting a branch if it is the right fit. Also you can worn for small and large companies through them. Terminix being the main one.
Cons
Software is old and a little frustrating but manageable. Hard to track at times. You do get paid but everything seems to not have exact lay outs of costs.

"Be careful what you sign."
Doesn't RecommendI have been working at Vantage Marketing part-time for less than a year
Pros
Traveling and high earning potential
Cons
Only sign if you’re going to stay out and work all summer. They can litigate because you’re signing to travel and cover rent expenses. Depending on regional manager, they offer you draws that you must pay back. These are debt traps, ensuring you work to pay them back, funneling the commission percentages up to the top. Otherwise, you’ll be come after legally. My advice is don’t bust your butt to make someone else rich, that’s exactly what this companies layout is.
