    Pros

Pie in the sky CEO. Executives make you laugh when they open their mouths. Your neck will hurt from shaking your head at management and so-called 'engineers'.

    Cons

Too many to list them all here:
Absolutely will NOT fire anyone for incompetence.
No accountability any time, any place, any one, ever.
5 years behind a company that would call itself professional.
10 years behind the manufacturing process.
Everyone jokes about the illegals who work there.
Literally, one in ten are doing their jobs correctly.
The worst scum of the earth I have encountered in 10 years, but no one notices.
Policy? It's made up, and then ignored.
    etc

    Advice to Management

Open your eyes, and grow a pair.

I worked at Vantage Mobility International (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Good product, impressive manufacturing plant..

    Cons

No marketing assistance, competed with local dealers, program was not given time to be successful. Needed a good supply of lower cost wheelchair vehicles and not only vans. Low salary for a long sales cycle.

    Advice to Management

Provide real marketing support to the sales staff, allow more negotiation by sales staff, compete hard with other vendors in market.

    Pros

Strong company culture. Opportunities for advancement as the company grows. Working to fill the needs of customers.

    Cons

Smaller company in the industry, so limited resources. Growing pains, but overcoming with focus on improvement

    Advice to Management

Continue to focus on company culture, and embedding it in all levels of the company. The buy in of the employees will be paramount as the company faces growth challenges

I worked at Vantage Mobility International part-time

    Pros

I was fortunate enough to walk into this company as a temporary employee, who was then given a unique employment position as I was finishing my college education. As a Customer Advocate, it was clear that the company cared about who was using its product. The consumer came first, and this created a wonderful company culture that was a joy to be a part of. The company is growing at light speed now, if you are offered a chance to get on board, do it!

    Cons

I can not think of a single con of working for VMI as a customer advocate. Great people, great product, great company!

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work. It is clear that you care about your employees and who you sell a product to. It was a joy to work for VMI!
