    Pros

Great place to learn and develop your career. As a newbee in R&D, it is full of new opportunities and challenging work. Capable individuals are well identified by management and entrusted with amazing responsibilities irrespective of the persons work experience. We are very well trained in the standardized approach to solve a issue, which is why our efficiency is crazy high and there is never a delay unless our work is dependent on other departments (ex., currently lot of VAVEs are on hold due to inefficiencies of Tool Room people who are all new)

    Cons

Varroc Polymers, HR and few other departments are on a downslide since 2015, Nepotism has suddenly increased. New management is screwing up things. I just heard that the president recently hired someone senior just because that person is his sons friends father. Recently the environment has turned highly political which has lead to some of my very capable colleagues in other departments to leave.

    Advice to Management

It will be too late until you realize the damage caused by the New Management.

    Pros

Varroc Polymers is a great learning experience and a industry training ground. Interacted with lot of interdepartmental colleagues but in everyone's opinion nothing is as efficient and full of opportunities than R&D.
    Shopfloor - 7/10
    R&D - 10/10
    HR- 4/10
    ME- 9/10

    Cons

You have to work really hard to get ahead in the race. There is no beating around the bush. What you do clearly shows. lot of transparency. Due to incompetency caused in the tool room because of recent changes and a new President, mould designers have a really tough time.

    Advice to Management

Focus on tool-room, just dig deeper into the figures and you will see how terrible things have recently become. Revert the structural changes made recently so that everything is back to as it was few years back !

Horrible HR practices. No value for human resource. Huge exploitation of lower level employees and contract labour. No appreciation for hart or smart work. Highly politicised enviourment at top level. High rate of turnover close to 100% at top level as well. Highly uncertain future and least security even for performers. Please refrain from joining this organisation or recommend it anyone for business, employment or otherwise.

It is high time to mend its way of manging else the group is on the verge of collapsing. It has to start respecting human resource at all levels and shun master servant relationship
