Couldn't find any. Weekly meetings but again the output of those meetings are useless

Company is nice and give lot of practical exposure with the latest technologies.
Cons
No work life balance, managers not ready to adapt new culture. No change in old backward practices. No good initiatives and help from HR. People not happy in Technical Centre.

HR policies should be changed with respect to employee benefit.

Pros
Nothing much. Company is doing good financially but don't expect it will add any benefit to your salary.
Cons
The top management especially HR has bossy attitude.Management believes in dictator leadership style. They do all kind of micro management. Even you go out for a tea break of 5-10 mins that may create issues for you. Recently company has changed its policy without any intimation, it has changed the notice period to 3 months. No work life balance. Company may ask you to come in the night as well. No one is... going to take accountability for the task you perform. If something goes wrong, you will be entirely responsible and company may ask you to leave at any point of time. High attrition rate, people are leaving in a weeks time.
