      -Easy to find job opportunities -Lots of motivated, high-achieving students to tutor

      Cons

      -Ridiculously low pay for tutors, especially in comparison to what families pay (only $15 of ~$90/hour rate is paid to tutor!) -Little room to negotiate for extra pay since there are so many other tutors competing for the same opportunities -Instant tutoring opportunities demand constant attention to obtain
