    work around schedule as best as possible

    Cons

    too many hard calls. lie to potential employees and don't answer questions to the best of ability over the phone before an interview

    Advice to Management

    hire a full time receptionist, and less hard calls.

    *$18 an hour starting
    * Make your own schedule
    (Perfect for someone with another job)
    * Perks: Scholarships available, moving up in the company, able to make commission, able to use on your resume, learn Marketing Sales techniques for other future jobs.
    *Other Positive Perks:
    1. You get back what you put into the company
    2. Incentives: Shopping Spree, Paid Vacations, & Night on the Town..ect
    3. You are selling a Great Product!

    *The first week, 2 days of training (11a-6p) - NO PAY
    * MORE UNPAID REQUIRED: Team Meetings every week.

    Advice to Management

    Getting Paid for Training Days, Team Meetings...& anything of that sort.

    The company is set up to put people first from the factory to the management to the sales force.
    Huge resume boost

    Cons

    If your not self disciplined or coachable you probably won't do well.
    You are the primary factor in your paycheck so if your lazy for a bit you generally won't make a lot for that time

    Keep doing what your doing I've toughly enjoyed the last 8+ years.

    You choose your own hours, you get paid what you work for, fun environment to work in, and it helps build communication skills

    Cons

    Training was 5 hours and was for two days, but at the end of it, I felt like it was worth the time, and the training is free

    Keep doing what you're doing, it's a great way to help people feel less intimidated about the job.

    Pros

    The employees and boss are all very nice and coopertive. Working here feels like I'm working among friends. You get to make your own hours and get paid just to present Cutco Kitchen Knives to customers.

    Cons

    The manager hasn't been on time to train new recuits.

    Advice to Management

    Try going to bed early and notify employees where or not you're going to be late.

    If u don't like contract jobs this isn't for you. Time consuming.
