It was a great place to work because you had so much opportunities to work on your professional and personal development, the people I worked with were true professionals and I learned a lot.
Cons
As the time passed, the quality dropped significantly. A lot of people were being hired at the moment, with not enough knowledge to do the tasks they were assigned. And the management started making exceptions for certain benefits.
