I have been working at Velti full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Casual atmosphere in the Atlanta office.

    Cons

The stock promised as part of the compensation package is completely worthless and now they are being delisted from NASDAQ. Overall, poorly mismanaged.

    Advice to Management

If this company has any hope, stop hiring mediocre employees that contribute very little. Also, seriously evaluate the remaining employees, look at their actual responsibilities, and whether they're meeting (let alone exceeding) the expectations of their role.

    I worked at Velti full-time

    Pros

Before breaking into pieces, back in 2011-12, Velti was a great multinational environment to work in!

    Cons

    Long-hours due to multiple time-zones.
Compensation for junior to mid-senior jobs was pretty basic, getting considerably improved at Director/VP levels.
After 2013, things got ugly; long payment delays, many colleagues left the company, company shrank in terms of size and revenue, etc.
