I worked at Vemma part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Vemma provided me with the opportunity to communicate and work with people from all over the world. It was an exciting new challenge and gave me my first opportunity to get a better understanding of the global generation we are a part of.

    Cons

India's policy on Network Marketing and its clamp down during on this type of business during 2015 created a roadblock for further progress.

    Pros

Basically none. Management can hardly be called management and if you're lucky enough to make some money it won't last for long. Really not much going on here.

    Cons

See above. If you want to lose your money in a tough market, this is the way to do it. Don't waster your time and don't say you weren't warned.

    Advice to Management

Sell a better product if you want lower level to be happy. But management is not concerned with the lower level due to the nature of the company.

    I worked at Vemma full-time

    Pros

Good pay, great employee discounts, and great benefits when they had them available before FTC investigation.

    Cons

The call center management played favorites on a large scale. If they did not like you, you weren't going anywhere even if you were considered the best phone agent.

    I worked at Vemma full-time

    Pros

The employees who work at Vemma's corporate office are amazing. Everyone works together as a team to get the job done. The products are very good!

    Cons

This is a multi-level marketing company. Some people feel like these types of companies are not real companies. This is a real company, that offers amazing products for people to either purchase for themselves or to choose to set up their own business selling.
