benefits was mediocre, but it was free. pay was decent free lunch
Cons
food was bad and extremely unhealthy. They are not LGBT Friendly - Either IT Management and HR is extremely hidden transphobic or Massive ignorance on what discrimination is, after 10 years, I finally transitioned at work and during my transition I experienced being pushed out by coworkers and the department, I asked for promotions and was ignored. When my transitioned was complete an IT Director lied to HR about that I was being Harassed not discriminated and HR (Human Resources) refused to let me at first defend myself, when I was able to after another meeting with them, everything said was ignored and still let me go all because I transitioned and did my job too well.

No longer a good company to work for
Mar 17, 2023 - Front Desk Receptionist in Las Vegas, NVRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The pay is good but not great for what company standards are.
Cons
Management don’t care, no sense of team work, you can slack off as long as you are good friends with management, lots of inappropriate relationships with management team, hard workers are not appreciated, the new owners of the property are slowly taking away benefits, and making big changes. We are changing into an MGM property. Many unhappy team members. Morel is down.

nice property, has good edr/tdr
Cons
I had decided to move out of state to be close to family and have my notice once I had a job lined up in the other state. About a week before my last day, a manager asked if I was interested in staying on if I could work remote. I said yes, so he went up the chain and someone in upper mgmt talked to me and finally said he had all the approvals from mgmt and I was good to work fully remote. So I declined the job in the new state. Commenced move, got all set up and was working fine for a month then wanted to change my insurance (Venetians HMO only covers you in Clark County), so I emailed HR. HR emails back that they had no idea I was remote, working out of state, that they never approved it. Long story short, after a few weeks of back and forth, got on a call with the ED of HR and a member of my upper mgmt chain and was "separated" as the company does not have a remote worker structure set up for the state I am in so they could not continue employment. So, they approached me, asked me to stay on and turn down the other job only to turn around after over a month to say psych, just kidding. Once old owner sold to the new owners this year, new management has been horrible.
