    Pros

Chance to meet people from all over the world and sometimes celebrities. Discounts to world renowned restaurants, hotels and shows.

    Cons

As a dealer, all kinds of people can mean drunk and obnoxious guests. You have to have a lot of patience.

    Advice to Management

    Work as a team.

I have been working at Venetian Casino Resort Inc full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Benefits and the ability to grow up the chain. This company has a solid foundation and creates a successful environment for all. There's a reason they are the #1 company to work for in Las Vegas!

    Cons

Priorities are not always set well. While there is a good attempt at bringing all departments together, there is a lack of true understanding at times.

    Advice to Management

Understanding of the issues at hang need to be understood up the chain of command. I feel like the middle and the top have a good grasp, but the director level tends to have struggles really grasping what the issue might be.

I worked at Venetian Casino Resort Inc full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Our opinions are heard and taken to heart. I feel as though action is taken quickly when a process needs to be changed or improved. The team is extremely professional and respectful of one another. Everyone takes their job seriously and is appreciative of the opportunity.

    Cons

The team is micromanaged and under a watchful & critical eye, which makes most people feel like they cannot be empowered and like they are always under scrutiny.

    Advice to Management

The lifestyle is a very stressful environment, which then leaves a stressful impression on our team members and guests. Guests have noted they can see the intensity of management and how it impacts our front desk staff in a negative way. I would also recommend adding stock options.

    Pros

Great benefits were provided and many opportunities were afforded my way. Great pay as well for the work I was doing there.

    Cons

It was very hot working outside but hey, that's Las Vegas. Also the parking garage is a bit a zoo and exiting could take forever some days.
