Pros
Great culture with a genuine desire to look after its employees and develop everyone to the best of their ability. Easily the best place to work in Leicester. Amazing office, fab starting salaries + commission and no shift work! Looking forward to meeting the whole company at Vestival later this month
Cons
Job is very full on as the business is madly busy and expectations are very high very quickly.

Pros
I've worked in the recruitment sector for over 15 years, and Venquis is the most progressive business. Management has a genuine appetite for changing everything that makes the client, the candidate and the employee journey better - budgets back it up, and a great team make it happen. It's a nice place to work.
Cons
Transformation moves fast, so do our clients, and so do we. So if you find it difficult to embrace change and do things differently, it will be a tricky environment.

Pros
An established organisation in an exciting market that recognises and places its people at the forefront of everything. Very tech savvy with a modern view of the way people want to work and has remained agile in order to maximise opportunities as and when they present themselves.
Cons
In the process of refining it's proposition with a rebrand to come which will provide a refresh and energy to move to the next level
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
- You get a salary (albeit a terrible one)
Cons
- no real push for work/life balance - WORST commission structure in the industry - nepotism bred promotions and “clique” like management - no career progression - a culture of bullying and threatening

An amazing restructure with a unique proposition - Sales & Delivery
RecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- The UK Sales Director who bleeds positivity into his sales/delivery teams by really "leading by example" and constantly coaching and developing staff. - Personally speaking, having been here for almost 4.5 years I've seen the evolution of the Venquis "transformation" really positioning ourselves as not just a recruiter but a top partner across Change and Transformation and I (as have others) have learnt a lot during this change. - New restructure which allows us to target ourselves on being focused on either two directions "Sales" or "Delivery" with a clear 180 specialised vision in providing our customers with the best possible service. Having seen the model gradually mature I'm noticing careers develop not just professionally but also financially. - if your looking for a company with a wealth of accounts and a proven model which allows you to target your career then look no further.
Cons
Change can be hard to achieve so be patient with some people
Continue readingIt's good to hear that you are already seeing the benefits of the new model. We're convinced that the new 180 structure will allow everyone to focus on their strengths, creating a better experience to clients and candidates alike and helping individuals develop their careers quickly and successfully. We're sure that this is the right direction so we're prepared to give it the time it needs to succeed.
