Cons
Everything is a lie, they change the pay to suit them, promise a guaranteed min until they get you driving then that goes out the window. they fire people because they don't like them personally or differing political view rather then based on performance. they coerce drivers to use exceptions illegally and threaten their jobs if they wont.

Favoritism to the people who work harder than others has rubbed other employees the wrong way. Hitting the quota for commission can directly change the way you feel about the job. There is a small amount of micromanagement
