The owners and administrators are very family oriented and always encourage a good family/ work life balance. My co-workers are always very helpful and work as a team.

I am a consumer directed personal aide. My consumer and I are very satisfied with getting support and my getting paid in a timely manner for the hours allotted to us by NYS Medicaid.

The only issue we had was when an annual proof of a negative tuberculosis test got lost in their system. My health care provider sent it in time, but somehow it got lost. Once they were made aware of it, all problems were corrected, including my ability to work again.
