    Pros

Opportunity to start at the bottom without experience and advance. Large, credible company.

    Cons

Pay is okay... but poor at the bottom (where there's a lot of work).

    Advice to Management

Take care of customers after the sale... find another product that gives you an incentive to maintain ongoing relationships with them.

I worked at Verengo Solar full-time

    Pros

Best training bar none. They call their 3 week training program "Solar Boot Camp" for a good reason. It's intense, day and night. But if you make it through you are ready to suceed from day one on your own. This is a hard working company but the atmosphere is fun loving.

    Cons

Did I mention that Boot Camp is intense?

    Advice to Management

Everyone I encountered in my brief time with the company was top shelf. But from a salesmans point of view I would suggest just one change: Don't ask your sales staff to engineer the job during the presentation. That's not what they do best. Pre-engineer the project and give the salesperson a complete proposal to go into the home with and let them just simply sell the job.
