PEOPLE - Great team. Best team that I had the pleasure to work with in almost 15 years.

The leadership team is horrible and cuts / RIF's / layoffs happen all the time. Private equity team runs the business. Laying off good people who have spent years (previously Symantec). Good luck with hiring.

There is not one single thing you can find positive to say about this company when Executive Management lies to their employees and continually take more and more away from them.

Extremely Dishonest leadership. Say one thing and do another. Any positive review you see on this board is mandated by Exec Management for internal people to write to keep their sinking numbers up. That is a fact. They have lied to employees over and over again. And they continue enriching themselves while simultaneously laying off hundreds/thousands of good people.

Groupism, Biased approach in remuneration and salary increments. No respect for the ideas coming from juniors. Constant Lay offs. Creepy Managers.
