I have been working at Verizon full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Benefits are pretty good. 6% 401k match and decent health insurance. Balance between work and personal life are also good.

    Cons

The work atmosphere is toxic. You have very little chance to advance your career but you end up staying because of the benefits. All the sudden a few years pass and you realize you've been sucked in....run, run just as fast as you can. The regret is too much to handle.

I have been working at Verizon full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Verizon is a great place to work at; with its Credo in its place.

    Cons

Package Normalization should be done for its employees every 5 years or so.

    Advice to Management

The work culture is at its BEST!!
