    Pros

    Great benefits and competitive pay, several areas of growth in the business especially for dev hardware/software groups.

    Cons

    Company culture changed in the last 5 or so years. They seem to be more concerned about "the bottom line" with no employee appreciation or attempts at keeping those that contribute to the company, which will hurt them in a the long-run as more seasoned employees move to greener pastures and are replaced with less-skilled, less loyal temp/contractors. The most recent reorganization and layoff seems to have been the largest negative impact to employee morale in at least a decade (and we've weathered many re-orgs over the years).

    Advice to Management

    You best assets are your employees - take care of them, recognize their accomplishments, allow them to grow and improve their skills and they will continue to make your business a success. Sr Leadership also needs to communicate better to explain the changes, and it would be good to have a more transparent process in place for internal hiring.

    Discount, growth, school opportunities (good great , running out of words to say) it's work at the end of the day.

    Cons

    Angry people , work life maintenance, just focus on yourself, not much negative to say, things have been good well so far

    Great employees - very dedicated. Benefits are on par with a company this size

    Cons

    Leadership is in turmoil. Majority of leaders came form Verizon Wireless and are trying to manage this market the same. They don't fully understand this market and set difficult achievement goals. If not met, they make the goals higher. Counter-intuitive.

    Advice to Management

    Let go of the Verizon Wireless model and embrace the telematics space for what it is.
