I have been working at Verizon Wireless full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Benefits can't be beat and the hours are definitely better than retail. If you follow the training and out the work in you will see a generous reward. Technology is always changing and so is your product lineup so you aren't doing the same thing every day.

    Cons

Work life balance is tough and there is more structure than in any other outside sales environment but everything is what you make it to be.

    Advice to Management
