    Pros

    Great pay and benefits, bonus every year,great employees to work with, supervisors are wonderful and helpful, overall wonderful place to work.

    Cons

    Left ny state the call center, not really any other cons, management is great, wonderful company all they ask is to come to work / be on time and do your job.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what your doing and bring a call center back to ny

    Pros

    Great pay once you get years of experience. Diverse environment amazing people
    Start out around 13 an hour but after 7 years I was up to 22.91 an hour. Up north they were amazing with accommodating life situations I've heard down south it's completely different

    Cons

    Just challenging...sups had their favorites and seems like if u knew the right people u moved up if u didn't regardless of your stats even if you are leading for years you don't get acknowledged for it

    Advice to Management

    Change the way people can move up and give the ones that lead with amazing results a chance versus giving someone who knows more people with not the best results a better position

    Great benefits, top notch training, great work environment

    Cons

    Interviewing process is based on STAR format and if you score low on two of the questions you fail the entire interview

    Advice to Management

    If a person has the experience and skills to advance into a different role don't allow the scoring from the STAR format be the only reason why a person should not have the opportunity to advance in their career
