      Pros

      Good benefits, strong work-life balance, family friendly - seem to really care about employees and customers.

      Cons

      Acquisitions often appear not to be well thought out and there is a strong need for professional Marketing support and high-level strategic Sales strategies. Sales methods and presentations need to be modernized - very random rather than targeted.

      Pros

      Very proactive on response to COVID, on the right side of history with political events in the last year. Pay is decent comparatively.

      Cons

      Huge changes in leadership. Promotions to fill manager slots were haphazard. Zero work-life balance. Benefits are expensive. Pay is fair, but the benefits take a large chunk of it. Mandatory OT. Terrible recruiters, HR, and payroll. Training is sketchy.
