    Negative Outlook

I worked at Versatile Card Technology full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Committed to quality - as long as it didn't cost them money or hold up an order. Also committed to sustainability, again as long it didn't cost money. I actually really liked my boss and my team was great.

    Cons

Where do I start? Poor management, family-owned where only family was promoted. Poor work.life balance, no regard for illness. No resources for necessary items, poor financial management. Very disappointing. Didn't pay for holidays when they were closed.

    Advice to Management

    Sell to outsiders, please!

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Versatile Card Technology full-time

    Pros

Great opportunities and capacities of business development and services in the region.

    Cons

Lack of focus on business objectives, hunger for growth, equipment lacking professional skills needed for productivity and goals. High turnover, instability and working climate.

    Advice to Management

Change the way you think and do things. Starting with the heads of the organization and rest of the team that lacks the competencies and work in an individualized way not focused on a goal and collective result. Focus on the most important objective of the business, making the best effort and doing it well.

    Pros

Easy job for anyone not in the factory. Past noting time and attendance, there is almost no owner involvement in day to day activity. Stable company. Some positions pay well.

    Cons

Owners are really cheap. Really cheap. Your unlikely to ever get a raise.
