    Pros -
    - Cooperative employees.
    - Balanced work and personal life.
    - Good perks and benefits.
    - Helpful and supportive seniors.

    Cons -
    - Team outing should be necessary for all team members in every 3-4 months.
    - Some managers are not utilising this facility. ;)

    I worked at Verse Innovation full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    1. Good to people who join for the initial few months. If you have thought to stay longer choose any other company.
    2. Not good with salaries and appraisals.
    3. You may find very good people in your team. You will learn a lot from them. But the leadership, managers and company as a whole does not appreciate them at all.
    4. You might sometimes get a chance to work on latest technologies but mostly very conservative in use of new technologies and revamping their legacy system. Basically aversion to change and enhancement.

    Cons

    Being a technology based company one must expect that it will appreciate technical expertise but all they do is demotivate the engineers and give all the credit to business people.
    1. Select few favorites are appreciated while rest are neglected.
    2. No vision. The company is surviving from event to event. Zero focus on improving the product. The quality of product going down.
    3. They have a total greedy approach towards product. No innovation, no creativity, conservative ideas and just carry the burden of legacy approach and code.
    4. Poor leadership. Doesn't care about the employees. In case you become one of their favorite ( listen to what they say and not argue) you stand a chance to be rewarded.
    5. QA team is the worst here. No support to dev team. They act like a company in themselves and do a favor if they test your code. They have a separate QA team for the whole company and QA chooses what to test when and what should go to production. They form the bottleneck for which Developers are answerable and held responsible for the delays.
    6. The sysadmin team is incompetent and the whole burden of installation and setup lies on the developer. Still the permissions need to be sought from sysadmin. Don't know why there is a team at all.
    7. No clear cut view about the product. Poor product team. No emphasis on making the product robust. No vision. Follow only greedy approach to mint money at the event by hook or by crook.
    8. No learning and very low growth potential. New and good things go to select few favorites. Rest just do the mundane bug fixes and few feature addition.
    9. No appetite for suggestions. Ready to hack into legacy than revamp the product.
    10. Some people work very hard while others can get away with no work at all but still all get almost equal rating/appraisals.

    Advice to Management

    People leaving organization without taking appraisals should be an eye opener for the leadership
    1. look after the employee's complaints
    2. treat all employees equally
    3. appreciate if someone does good work both monetarily and by appreciation mail.
    4. give equal opportunity to all people not just a precious few.

    Pros

    This is one of the best companies to work,
    Very friendly and technical managers.
    Can easily reach top level management for queries.
    Work life balance was good.
    Just left the organisation because of relocation

    Cons

    salary is not equal for people at same level
    Need to focus more on new technologies in market
    Technical team doesn't takes risk to improve the product.

    Advice to Management

    There are many people who are just trying to survive by saying sweet words and without​ work,need to do a clean up process to find n remove them.just take the passionate people into team.

    1) Very less hierarchy. Can interact with CTO easily and can learn many new things

    Cons

    1) Less Salary
    2) Managers are not good
    3) No transperancy
    4) No work life balance
