Vertafore offers a great working environment and a competitive job. Team atmosphere and points to spend for goodies, when going above and beyond your job requirements.
The call center atmosphere is horrible. And the operations team knows absolutely nothing about what our customers need or expect. They took a call enter model out of the box and expect to conform our customers expectations to that and it doesn't work well at all. Which in turn makes customers upset and that gets passed along to reps.
Advice to Management
Listen to reps when they tell you something and please grow a backbone already!
