All the people are very close and it is like an extended family. The company is doing a good job of supporting initiatives to reduce food waste and help the environment by setting up donations for people and animals. I learned a lot about composting. The managers provide us lunch and snacks when we work long days. There is a lot of opportunity for career growth as the company is growing very fast.

Cons

The hours can be long at times but the managers are doing better to help us build the team.

We could've listen to music everybody get to take turns picking a song we all had good communication skills everyday was a postive day

Cons

We had to keep a consistent fast pace witch wasn't a problem and its always cold in the pods
