  • Upper Management was inept, evidenced by a constant rotation of VP's and Presidents who had grand plans for turning things around (in 12 reviews)

    As long as you didn't make any mistakes, you weren't micro-managed.

    Cons

    Upper Management was inept, evidenced by a constant rotation of VP's and Presidents who had grand plans for turning things around......none worked.

    None, because due to their incompetence the company went under

    Pros

    Got more than minimum wage and were able to work the shift i wanted and there is nothing else to say

    Cons

    Only a temp and did not get many hours and management was not good and did not get long breaks

    Advice to Management

    Shut down

    Good People, very professional organization. Plenty of firepower to get jobs done on a timely basis. Locations benefit clients as it pertains to press checks

    Cons

    Overlapping sales territories, price restrictions, to many times jobs are outsourced which lowers control of timeliness and quality.

    Good place to work, great place to thrive, great opportunity for a young sales person looking to develop in the print arena.

    Great location in Baltimore, MD. Flexible hours and business casual work environment. Good balance of new IT projects along with support of existing systems.

    Cons

    Printing industry is very competitive with declining volumes and pricing pressures. Lack of profitability lead to cuts in pay and benefits.
