Pros

Absolutely NOTHING!!!! Nothing!! Nothing!! Nothing!!

Cons

This company is a big big scam I'm sorry!!! They tell you you make 10.50 an hour but you only get paid by the minutes that you are on the phone with a customer. They are also very very deceptive. When you're in training they act all nice and sweet and caring and then when you decide to quit you can't reach anyone and everyone has a attitude. I tried to get in contact with a manager who never emailed me back or called me and lied and said she did. I worked nights and stayed up all night doing so under the guise that I was being paid 10.50 an hour regardless of being on a call. They are the worse work from home company I've ever worked for in my life and I've worked from home for years. In my honest opinion they are big time scammers trying to get as much work out of people before they decide to quit as half their staff does. The team leads are great but the upper managers you can forget it. Please do not take this job you can't get your training pay until you work 90 % of your first shift which I've never heard of any company doing and they throw a lot at you in four days worth of training then complain in the Q&A at you. Do yourself a favor work somewhere else this is an absolute waste that's why they can't hold employees. Oh and the pay is at least two weeks behind but they claim you get paid every week but it takes almost two before get your first pay check.

Pros

Got to work from home and not have to worry about outside expenses and dealing with traffic

Cons

They steal your money and never get the checks right. You can send an email to get it corrected by the person that does the payroll always says they are right. I I knew exactly how long I worked and in total I was shorted approximately $1000 over the length of my employment. The manager if you will spoke to the team leads like they were beneath her and she would tell them to talk down to the rest of us employees. They changed the name of the company because everyone knew their reputation for being thieves and a negative environment to work for. They are shady and should be investigated for Medicare fraud. They bill Medicare for products that are cheaply made and the poor people that call who are in need of pain relief are duped by the agents that sell the products. You can get these cheap products for 75% less anywhere.

Pros

Cons

when i started pay rate was at 10 per hr and then we were forced to sign a new contract for 9.50 with bonuses which now has been months and NO bonuses and if you ask you get no response, no overtime but they always want you to work. no raises, no paid holidays . all they want are great stats make those sales but want to drop your pay pay checks are always off always missing hrs. not flexible with schedule. have to wait for your check which can some times come 5 days late . no paid training.
