    Pros

    I worked closely with people at higher position of the team. The technologies used are highly advanced and the team was entertaining and motivating. All of them work closely with each other and they are all smart developers.

    Pros

    I worked with Viacom18 for the launch of their Tamil channel. The environemnt was very healthy and the best part is I got a boss who was very friendly and allowed me to have the right to express my opnion. A great company to work with.

    Cons

    IF an employer shifts his or her base and if that person can be placed in the same brandf in another location then that would be great.

    Long hours and just too many things being done at the same time. Work-life balance takes a hit.

    Their motto to keep employee first may give you withdrawal symptoms in other companies

    - Comfortable environment to work
    - Great brands to work on
    - People who are really passionate about what they do
    - Best HR Practices in the industry, if not the country

    Cons

    - Considering its media marketing, there will always be instances where you have grueling work hours especially if you work for the events division
    - An unspoken Internal rivalry between divisions/functions but the CEO & HRT team have created initiatives to bring employees together

    - Continue doing what you are; I love the organization and wouldn't mind returning during my career

    Fun workplace

    Cons

    Location is a bit difficult to reach whether driving or taking public transport. Highway is full of traffic and Andheri station is the worst in mumbai.
