    Pros

Great room for growth and a lot to learn. The company usually promotes within which is good. Also offers classes to learn.

    Cons

Too much company restructuring. Stop keeping higher ups at a high salary and firing entry level for a lower rate

    Advice to Management

    Make better moves when restructuring

    Pros

I loved my job, working for Neopets.

    Cons

Viacom doesn't pay much attention to it's smaller projects.

    Advice to Management

Maybe let employees know you're planning to sell the project they've been working on for years.

I worked at Viacom as a contractor (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    -Talented people
    -Innovative offices and decor
-Special events, ways to get involved

    Cons

-Many workers are contract with no benefits or paid days off
    -Times Square location
-Lack of true innovation in a changing marketplace

    Advice to Management

Don't be afraid to try bold ideas. Making the same kind of decisions, hires, and investments will yield the same underwhelming results.

Also you are losing lots of good talent to your freelance/contractor pipeline. I was with the company 3 years and continued to be "freelance" with no benefits, days off, or true path to staff.
