    I worked at Viacom full-time

    Pros

    Good pay & good benefits, you could tell that the company actually cared about you, they have a lot of groups for you to join and workout classes & cafeteria in the building.

    Cons

    Just the normal stuff at a large company, sometimes things are slower to happen and there are politics involved.

    The full-time employees are willing to help you in any way you can! And the company helps you as much as they can in networking and building your skills as an intern. They provide info sessions ALL THE TIME with higher ups and influencers in the industry. Such a great experience.

    Cons

    Working environment for interns could be better.

    Culture, great environment, great team, good benefits, and fun company to work for.

    Promotions are tough, working in Time Square, TV media is tough industry to work in due to the declines in linear TV.

    this is a good company with kind of environment, and boss is super nice.

    this department is too small to communication with other people, not have too mach benefit for contract employee.

    As an intern, you are treated like an equal staff member. There are plenty of hands-on experiences as well as several opportunities for networking throughout the company.
