I have been working at ViacomCBS for more than a year

    Pros

Wonderful place to work with nice co-workers. In my experience the heads of departments are often nicer than the lowest man on the totem pole. If you are a good worker, and smart, they will hire as often as they can.

    Cons

Surprisingly, former interns are often passed over for entry level positions.
