    Pros

Lots of PTO days, nice people, and company is really making an effort to be socially aware and communicate that people have value.

    Cons

Staff is very lean, the work is expanding, and there is still some tension about job security.

    Pros

Good ERG's and Benefits for employees

    Cons

There is a stark difference between what is said publicly and what actually happens in the office. No diversity in the C-Suite level and limited diversity (beyond gender diversity) in the executive ranks.

Apr 11, 2021 - News Producer in Sacramento, CA

    Pros

Great healthcare, vacation policy and 401.

    Cons

This is specific to my location. Not a ton of growth opportunity for a produce, once you become a full-time show producer. The immediate manager isn't qualified for the position, however, she/he has been in that role for more than 2 decades and shows no signs of retirement. So if you'd like an EP role or a market jump for career progression, you will more than likely have to leave.

    Good but not excellent

May 11, 2021 - Producer in New York, NY

    Pros

A decent, compassionate workplace where most people are working hard, balancing their family commitments, and (mostly) agreeing not to be jerks to each other.

    Cons

A consensus-based corporate culture, which rewards not rocking boats, minimizing risk, and avoiding "hard but necessary" conversations.

Not a place for the creative, innovative thinkers

May 7, 2021 - Production Support Specialist in New York, NY
    Recommend
    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

This is a place for a stable, comfortable, job.

    Cons

This is no place for excellence. Management has no idea of originality nor creative solutions, and works hard to maintain a status quo for its own political ends rather than innovate. In addition, this is a place where inequity and racism still has deep roots.
