I have been working at Vibra Healthcare full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There are caring staff members, and they shine even brighter in an organization fraught with dysfunction.

    Cons

Absolutely incompetent management. There almost seems to be a pathological nature to the administrative and managerial hiring process. Incapable of handling even the simplest of tasks, and first ones out of the door at 3 pm.

I worked at Vibra Healthcare full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There are a handful of pros. Vibra CBO has great hours, good pay, casual dress, fair PTO, and an okay yearly merit increase

    Cons

Lack of communication, upper management unprofessional (talk badly about employees), unrealistic expectations, honest/hard workers go unrecognized

    Advice to Management

Stop asking for advice if nothing is going to be done to make the work place better. There's a reason for the high turnover. Vibra once had great employees but due to lack of training, poor management, production threats, and closed ears, those great people left. It's Vibra way or no way.

I worked at Vibra Healthcare full-time

    Pros

The pay was great, the facility clean, friendly staff.

    Cons

High acuity patients with 6 patients to 1 nurse, doctors giving hallway orders and condescending and rude when redirected to put their own orders in the computer, CNA staff not held accountable hiding in break room or not doing their cares, nurses treated like slaves, no communication on what is happening in the hospital/floor prior to shift, mandatory meetings in the middle of shift when patients are in need and staff has to drop everything to attend, constant staying late due to understaffing.

    Advice to Management

Mandatory meetings prior to shift start so patient care is not interrupted. More interaction with administration and the floor staff. Doctors and mid-levels need to know they cannot mistreat nurses when they have a bad day.
