      Pros

      The only pro is that I do not work at this dump any more

      Cons

      Management will use and abuse you to the point you will have no life. The company management style to to beet you down for as long as possible, inform you that you are not acquitted, through you at irate customer a cannon folly, and expect you to work 12 hours day for below standard salary. My advice, avoid this company like the plague.

      Pros

      - Sales team is a good group. - Subject Matter Experts are another good group. - Most employees are nice.

      Cons

      - Family power struggles. - CEO and family flaunt wealth in their employees faces and are not known for their generosity. - CEO is without class, often announcing he pays for events out of his own pocket to the attendees of the events. - Many employees spend their days surfing FB and YouTube while collecting paychecks, while other employees carry the burden and are given ultimatums about their positions. - No annual bonuses for regular (non-sales) employees. - Meh benefits package (many opt to go with their spouse's plan because the benefits here are bare bones). - Family doesn't really care about employees and CEO has been overheard saying as much.

      Pros

      The potential to be make a difference in a small company environment was the reason I took the job. They also seemed interested in pursuing entrepreneurial ideas.

      Cons

      Other than two to three team leaders, Senior management were not willing to invest in quality technical service resources, or to replace the ones that frequently left for greener pastures. More than anything, the owning family is very insular and interested in nothing but short term gains.
