I worked at Victoria's Secret part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I had an amazing time working at Pink. I made great friends through my co-workers, and my store manager was awesome. Pink nation events were always fin, and working holidays were a blast too! Great start off pay if you are in the Chicagoland area

    Cons

Not very many- Closing can be a pain in the butt during Semi-Annual sale, but that's retail!

I worked at Victoria's Secret full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

This company is absolutely phenominal. They pay so well, give you the best healthcare benefits, and they go above and beyond when it comes to employee development and HR services. Everyone I worked with was passionate and talented. There is work-life balance. This is a very diverse company that prides themselves on inclusion. What I loved the most is that everyone was so professional and had integrity. The company also listens to their employees. I witnessed two people who were passive-aggressive, did not tell the truth and were very unkind. Those people were let go very quickly. The company also lets you rate your manager and work experience with a very detailed survey. It is very obvious that they take those surveys seriously. I cannot think of a better place to work. They promote within. When you start, you are immediately given a plan for your growth with the brand and they take it very seriously. They want you to love what you do, so they also encourage people to find what they love within the business. People stay with this company for so long, so the training is excellent.

    Cons

I am not lying when I say that I cannot think of one single con.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing. Keep listening to your employees and hiring confident people who are passionate and have integrity.

I have been working at Victoria's Secret part-time

    Pros

Good pay, company treats associates well.

    Cons

The attendance policy. No matter why you are late or why you have to call off even if its and emergency you still get points for it. When you reach 6 point in a 6 month period you will be fired.

    I worked at Victoria's Secret part-time

    Pros

I worked at a location with a very large amount of employees, but I still felt like I knew a lot of people personally and had a lot of support. This was a really fun job that kept me busy from the time I arrived to the time I left, and allowed for interactions with people who came to shop, which was usually fun. Also the pay wasn't bad at all, and lots of perks like free bras.

    Cons

The hours were long and not always consistent.
