I worked at Victoria's Secret Stores part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Discounts on items and free items monthly
    30% off items
Comfortable work environment - very safe and female friendly

    Cons

Scheduling was brutal; we'd have these possible shifts where we'd have to keep our schedule open and call in two hours before the start of the shift to see if we were needed. It was fifty-fifty and made it difficult to plan or know how much money you'd be making.

I have been working at Victoria's Secret Stores (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The discount is good i think and they offer free life insurance to full time employees.

    Cons

Horribly ran, Ive worked in 4 stores. Their health care plans are not good at all. They have done 3 company wide pay cuts in 2 years and suppended commission percentage at least 4 times per years due to higher sales and traffic in store i.e. semi anual sales, holiday, other busy months. So you work hard for equal or less pay.

    Advice to Management

get you stuff together. the company is going down the drain and needs a complete makeover.
