I have been working at Victoria's Secret Stores full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You get a 30% discount if you are part time 40% if you're full time and managers get 50% you get to know really nice and friendly people it's a nice environment to work since they are a really organized pretty girly stores and theres a lot of flexibility with the schedules so whatever your availability is they'll work on that

    Cons

Honestly I don't see myself working there for more than a year most of the reviews I was reading talk about freebies"" but you just get a free bra every once in a while and most of the time you have to buy the stuff (to a low price but still)
They will work you like crazy during holidays and semiannuals and then right after that they will just send you home since FULL TIME EMPLOYEES come first they have at the vey least 29 hours guaranteed while part times like me are left with 8 to 12 hours a week

SPAH, omg, managers can be a terrible pain in the butt since besides their big hourly wages they get comisions and they need you to sell, as a cashier I have to magically sell 100 an hour wich is impossible to do since you don't get out of register, and when you don't meet those expectations you get a bad monthly review 🙄

Some sellers think they're managers and they are constantly giving directions and answering questions for managers it's hilarious 😂

Managers play favorites and if you are the manager little b...tch then you'll get your hours

    Pros

    -Great pay
    -Amazing perks
-Not overly strict with dress code

    Cons

    -Not so flexible with hours
    -Managers aren't that great

    Advice to Management

Please listen to your employees more! I enjoyed my first four months then a brand new manager came in and ruined that. I had quite a lot of anxiety attacks. Also, follow your schedule. If it says I'm scheduled until two in the afternoon, I won't mind staying until two-thirty but stay until three or four is absolutely wrong since I wasn't scheduled and that means I have to cancel other priorities I had scheduled for the day.
