Good hours, fun team, get benefits and discounts.
Cons
Holiday hours are long and draining

Pros
Great work environment with an enjoyable team. Got to wear a comfy sweatshirt to work if you wanted to (had to wear a sweatshirt from pink and had to be in season).
Cons
Long hours on your feet and the constant folding of the mess that was the underwear drawer hurt my shoulders over time. I think they need a new process fo the underwear folding cause it never looked organized no matter what.

If you get to know the other associates, it can be a very fun work environment! If you work hard and do a good job, you'll be given a lot of work hours. I believe the company now offers commission for sales, so if you're good at selling that could be a great bonus! You get to help women to feel better about themselves and really feel like you are making a difference in how a woman feels about herself, which is a great feeling! Tons of free and discounted products ALL THE TIME. Overall it's a really great job if you like sales, working with tons of cool girls, free product, and need a somewhat flexible schedule and are okay with working long and crazy busy shifts at peak times.
Cons
Starting wage can be low unless you ask for more and they are desperate when hiring. Long and VERY late hours during the holiday times (Christmas as well as the semi-annual sales) sometimes staying at work until the middle of the night preparing the store. Several floor sets and meetings that are required to go to, sometimes early in the morning, in the evening, or on weekends. Folding panties...SO many panties... enough said there.

Great job if you love the brand
Oct 21, 2020 - Brand Operations Manager in King of Prussia, PARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Great discount and receive benefits. Friendly environment if focused on team effort and not just sales
Cons
No work life balance. You work long hours and depending on management you do multiple job titles if you exceed sales and if you are preforming beyond expectation.

The pros of this job were that the schedule was very flexible meaning you could enter in your availability two weeks before to get time off.
Cons
Very long hours sometimes closing would take as long as 4 hours meaning you could get out around 3 in the morning sometimes

Great people, benefits and overtime opportunities.
Cons
Very little flexibility, room for advancement is limited and only if you are popular. Very little care is given that the job is hard and the long hours can be extremely difficult. Most all associates have mental illness issues related to the job.

Pros
Super fun environment, very nice co-workers. Lots of free products and taught a lot about sales in training.
Cons
Sometimes needed for crazy hours and long shifts if they didn't hire enough seasonal employees. Hard to move up the ladder.

Cons
Long hours !!!! Retail will have you on your feet all day running off dunking/starbucks ! management loves to play favorites but being a favorite gets you good hours :} lol if you want a promotion you have to be a suck up

Pros
The staff is very friendly, you get an awesome employee discount and great pay. They are also flexible with my schedule.
Cons
Very busy and long hours but it works out when you all get a bonus for the store meeting goal.

The company treats you very well. Lots of employee benefits and gratis. Everything about these stores is meticulously organized and thought out - from the EXACT layout of store / mannequins / displays to exactly what the mannequins can wear and how it should fit. It's very organized and really creates a good framework for employees.
Cons
I'm sure working a management position or higher would be ok, but as a part-time sales associate this job is very demanding. I've worked retail for over 6 years and this store was the worst. You work very long and busy hours and usually don't leave the store until 2 or 3 a.m. (on weekends at least). I also worked sales support where you had to either stay overnight or come in at 4 or 5 and stay till noon or so. The work in my opinion would be more worth it if you were paid more than minimum wage ($7.25 an hour....that's not even a fast food meal)
