    Pros

    Small and agile company which allows you to learn and see every aspect of the trading business. You can learn a great deal with very hands on approaches to all projects and processes.

    Cons

    Virtually no middle management. All decisions and knowledges shared are based off of one executive. Management/Executive Team are highly manipulative with instructions and information shared. Raises and promotions are based on personal feelings of the executive. No metrics and goals were ever outlined for career/personal development.

    Advice to Management

    Facilitate work. Provide mid-level management with authority and support.

    Pros

    Fun and relaxed work environment. that will keep you mostly busy from the time you start your shift until its time to clock out.

    Cons

    I would say that the cons are that its harder to get promoted and the company doesn't offer many good benefits.
