    Pros

Room to learn new things when the opportunity arises
Procedures on a company learning center when needed

I have been working at Victory Packaging full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

unlimited ovetime up to legal limits 70 hours. their is always work to do. sometimes to much overtime and burns out drivers

    Cons

drivers who work for victory are either class A or class B. Both in which are UNDERPAID for the type of physical work required. Drivers unload merchandice in all kinds of weather and geographic locations. Many customer locations put drivers at risk for injury.

pay needs to come up 10% across all hourly wages for drivers. a driver can easily go across the street and make a few bucks more an hour and prolly do less work

    Advice to Management

realize who hustles and who does not and base yearly increases on that. dont just give everyone the same trashy increase, it promotes laziness amungst the hard workers

    Advice to Management

nothing. will never recommend anyone to work there.
