    Pros

location downtown menlo park was nice before it moved to san mateo, it had plenty of places for lunch within walking distance.

    Cons

    - half the company left, many feeling they had issues with he CEO's honesty
    - CEO previously worked only in the military, it shows
    - roadmap and planning get constantly changed with little regards with what engineers have to say

I worked at VideoGenie full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Location ok. Work environment appears easy going. Free Cola, snacks, and PS3 game time.

    Cons

Limited perks. Non-transparent environment. Company values and goals change all the time. You either march to the beat of the owner's drums or you fall out of line.

    Advice to Management

Learn to accept and apply constructive feedback.
