    I have been working at Videocon full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Unprofessionals and sychophants can get the better position in the company,A fresher can learn to fight in a war without weapon .

    Cons

    No management,salary delay every month,annual increment delay,No motivation,hectic schedule,no work life balance,devote your time for no reason even if there is no requirement.

    Advice to Management

    Still you can retain your employess,Practice systematic things and should focus on work life balance and salary on time should be main concern.

    I have been working at Videocon full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Freshers & New Starters will get a lot to learn, as there Policies, Work Ethics, JD/KPI Index don't exist on the ground level, even if they do at few branches then they are as good as Showpiece(only in books & with HR), so a fresher learns a lot doing evrything & anything.

    Cons

    Things in this company work in a typical Lala Fashion, as the growth oppurtunities have nothing to do with your potential, your calibre, your achievement, it's all based on how well you lick your senior's shoes.
    The fear in Senior's mind that if I'm growing/progressing that might hinder their success/progress, because of which they do all they can to keep a person stagnant at a level, by all ill means.

    Advice to Management

    Be Professional, not only on papers & HR meetings, but on ground level as well.
    Start taking employees seriously, it's because of their dedication that your company is what it is today (an advise even to RM)
    Give salaries on time.
    Last but, most important - RM/BM should not take this company as their family heritage business and should be a Professional, they are highly unprofessional individuals.
