    Pros

    Great workplace, nice people to work with. Small and nimble with potential for growth. Values employees. Allows independent thought and leadership. Now moved to a great office location. Creative work environment.

    requires structured review process and career goal settings

    Pros

    Great People easy working environment. Heavily tech focused and constantly learning about new technologies and get a chance to work on many different aspects of technology.

    Cons

    Bonus structure is not competitive in the industry. Performance reviews are not completed on the anniversary date of employment at the company. This is by request only.

    Small company with loads of oppurtunities, always encouraging and easy-going people and management

    I worked at Vigilant full-time

    Pros

    Working in Green Tech and reducing energy wasted by data centers is great.
    Smart people with good hearts.
    Very little night and weekend work demanded.

    Cons

    An older demographic, less energy.
    Trying to sell hot new technology to old-school customers is hard.

    Advice to Management

    Focus everything you've got on your primary goal. It seems like every team has different goals, so getting anything done is difficult.

    Pros

    Good people.
    Strong management.
    Friendly work atmosphere.
    You are given respect and treated like family.
    Benefits include phone bills, blackberry device, 401k, health, vision, dental.

    Cons

    Personal growth often does not align with companies goals.
    Involves tons of fire drills triggered on services promised to clients they do not have.
    Employee morale is low due to unpaid bonuses and lack of appraisals.

    Advice to Management

    Concentrate on retaining existing employees before shopping for more.
    Develop more technologies in house with a team in house.

    They treat you well, respect you, people stay a long time.

    Cons

    You feel out of place if you're a democrat. Very flat organization, so it's hard to see where your future is. If you want to be there a long time, make your career intentions known.

    Leadership is strong.
