Es freut mich sehr zu lesen, dass du so viele essentielle Aspekte als positiv bewertet hast - bspw. das internationale Umfeld, welches man hier vorfindet, die Unterstützung durch die Personalabteilung als auch die leidenschaftlichen Kolleg*innen. Wir befinden uns in einer super spannenden Phase, die allen Mitarbeitenden viele Möglichkeiten zur Weiterentwicklung bietet - daher ist es toll, dass du auch hierfür das Potenzial erkannt hast. Leider kann ich nicht aus deiner Bewertung rauslesen auf welche fehlenden Erwartungen du dich beziehst und an welcher Stelle im Onboarding Prozess (Team und/oder Company) diese nicht klargemacht wurden. Tatsächlich sind wir aktuell im Prozess unser Onboarding zu überarbeiten und anzupassen - wende dich daher sehr gerne an people@vimcar.com, damit wir dein Feedback möglicherweise berücksichtigen können. Nice colleagues, interesting tasks, home office (alsmost 100% possible), very nice office in Berlin and great benefits

Pay for working students is not as good compared to other comparible start ups in berlin
