I worked at Vinakom full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great opportunities to work on variety of clients, with over 3000 plus business clients there's always loads of work. Expectations are high, but to lear a lot, not a place for everyone.

    Cons

Hard work culture, not a place for everyone.

I worked at Vinakom part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Lol, none, unless you like to get abused and get paid in pennies

    Cons

    Everything,
pay: you can earn more by begging,
Work place: It just like how Hitler treated prisoners (sorry for being to harsh but its true,) Unless you are in Engineering team, That is only best place and team.
And it can go on but it dosnt matter. Needy people keep joining and they keep abusing. Enjoy

    Advice to Management

    Lol None,

I worked at Vinakom (More than a year)

    Pros

there are no pros for this company

    Cons

This is a horrible company, the owners are abusive and treat everyone badly. It is very inbred, a lot of favoritism if you are in with the management that day or month but that can change daily. Not only do they treat their employees badly they treat their customer worse if that is even possible. Please note all the positive comments on here are posted by Ketu's minion. Only the negative reviews are actually accurate. BUYER BEWARE!

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees properly and stop cheating your customers

I have been working at Vinakom full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Unfortunately I can't say one thing positive. I guess I still work there since nobody would tell me I'm terminated. So I can say I'm still employed.

    Cons

Worked at a hotel they took ownership of. Within 2 weeks they just stopped scheduling me. Nobody said one word to me about anything or had the stones to terminate me. Nobody takes responsibility for anything and the buck kept getting passed ultimately to the top chain, that would be Ketu Amin, he is a power tool. Anyone who chooses to work under him is a hand tool.

    Advice to Management

I've never been treated to poorly as an employee, not sure how anyone can do business with this company.

I have been working at Vinakom full-time

    Pros

This is a company that started from a small reseller and has grown into a viable alternative in the telecommunications market installing over 700 miles of their own fiber. VinaKom owns the building they are in which is 50 times the size they started in. They have expanded into the hospitality and real estate ownership industries.

You need to have tough skin and possess superior drive to be successful.

    Cons

Most people don't understand what it takes to build a business from nothing and continue to grow even in a tough economy. The ownership and top management are successes because they are not here to make friends but offer an opportunity to succeed. The owners take their responsibility to their employees very serious. You try building a business and employing people.

If you didn't succeed here examine why and learn from the experience. Too many people don't except responsibility for their actions and need to blame someone or something.

    Advice to Management

Continue to build on your success!

    Pros

I genuinely like it here. Everyone is kind to me and they really look out for you. I see a lot of bad comments about the owner and the company but that's not the experience I've had at all. The opposite really. The owners have gone out of their way for me and a lot of the employees here. Ketu Amin and Komal Patel have different work styles but make sure everyone is involved, informed, and always improving. When I didn't know exactly what to do, they gave me the resources and tools so that I would know. As long as you're willing to learn, you will grow here. I feel like my opinion is valued.

    Cons

Every great business needs improvements. This company is not as big as it could be (and will be) but progress is in the near future.

    Pros

You have to create learning opportunity. If you can think out of box, you have more options

    Cons

No technical leadership. A decade old technologies
