    Climate controlled environment, great work hours, great commraderie, good on-the-job training

    Cons

    Communication was sometime insufficient, buisness would be slow and then ramp up for 6 months and then slow back down again

    Involve the workers more often on decisions to be made

    Pros

    Great pay and schedule three 12 hour shifts a week, which gives you time to have a life

    Cons

    Back stabbers due to the fact that the only reason they reopened the St. George, Utah plant was to invest money into other plants then turn around and shut us permanently.

    Advice to Management

    Don't get your employees hopes up, I thought I was going to retire with this company.

    Their benefits are reasonable

    There is a lot of wasted labor and product..they cut hours and layoff all the good employees

    You want to make the companies profitable, then watch all the wasted labor and product.
