I worked at Virbac Animal Health full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I enjoyed the people I immediately worked with on a regular basis. The direct supervision was very nice and an understanding person, flexible time off and good benefits

    Cons

Very hard to progress in the company, they prioritize their own needs before the ones of their employees. They do not look into out of specification matters in the right way, they blame the analyst 9/10 even without it being their fault and do not seek to improve the methodologies. They go with what is the fastest route and wonder why issues keep occuring.

I worked at Virbac Animal Health full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great base pay - above average for industry - bonus is lower than most other animal health companies - but still OK Very hands-off regional management - freedom to do your job and excel on the local level

    Cons

senior management is lost - can not seem to get organized and structured. Products always on long back orders with no end in sights. No accurate numbers regarding sales and poor direction and leadership regarding teams and what is expected by senior leadership. promises and commitments from senior management are never kept
